Every cancellation or modification of the reservation is governed by the following. By confirming the reservation, you accept these conditions:
Cancellations or modifications made with 7 days or more notice
No additional charge
Cancellations or modifications made between 6 days and 48 hours before the tour
50% penalty of the total amount
Cancellations or modifications made with less than 48 hours before the tour
100% penalty (no refund)
Claims or refunds related to a reservation will not be accepted after the tour date. If you have questions, contact us before confirming your booking.
